Eligible businesses will be able to display the Buy Local Berkeley decal in their windows and the logo on their webistes. Member businesses are promoted in our monthly newsletters, and seasonal advertising and promotions.

To get the most out of being a part of Buy Local Berkeley, incorporate the campaign into your current marketing efforts.

1. Mention the importance of independent businesses in your own promotions. Buy Local Berkeley can help you with ad ideas and share logos and language.

2. Share the campaign with your staff. You will find information (talking points, economic studies, etc.) for them in our Why Buy Local section.

3. Particpate in our seasonal promotional campaigns, raffles, joint advertising and other efforts. Subscribe to the Business Newsletter to keep up to date on all our projects.

4. Attend our events to meet other merchants, exchange ideas and support one another. See Events for the next mixer, meeting or party.

5. Visit AMIBA or BALLE, or go to IndieBound, for effective campaign ideas from around the country.

6. Attend our meetings, and get involved as we grow and develop the campaign. We need your exciting ideas, and want to include as many locally owned, independent businesses as exist in Berkeley!
